Where does the work come from ?
We have an extensive client base consisting of both corporate and private clientelle. We also advertise in the Yellow Pages & Yellow Pages Online, Community newspapers, Radio, TV, Expo's, and through sponsorships. All work is then referred to the relevant franchisee.
Do I need to have a Trade ?
No, a trade is not required as we have positions suitable for Handymen, Garden Maintenance & Domestic cleaning.
Is there a set hourly rate or a set price list ?
Work is very diverse, so we cannot set fixed prices, we will however provide you with training on pricing and quoting and issue you with a pricing guide.
Who gets paid for the work ?
All payments by customers are made direct to you on completion of the work. In the event that a client requires us to control the billing, we will invoice them and forward payment on reciept of payment.
Who looks after my customers when I'm on holidays or sick ?
You can make your own arrangements or we can look after your customers for you.
What happens if I get a job that I am not confident in doing ?
As a franchisee you will have access to a network of tradespeople, you have the option to pass the work on to them or we can use that opportunity to train you in that particular type of work alternatively just refer the work back to us and we will reallocate the job.
What are my expected earnings ?
We do not supply earnings information or financial projections, however you are welcome to discuss this and any other questions you may have with some of our existing franchisees. Training will be provided on income generation on related services to boost income & customer value.
